Multiplying Growth
bellarmine university 2024 campus update
In Fall 2023, God powerfully impacted Bellarmine. Through Gospel proclamation, students experienced renewed faith and transformation. Prayer gatherings, Bible studies, and Campus Meetings, featuring student testimonies and Gospel preaching, fostered a deeper sense of purpose, community, and understanding of Jesus Christ among our students.
Driven by the command of the Great Commission found in Mt 28:18-20, our student leaders have experienced renewed joy in evangelism. This renewed passion has blessed us by getting to watch God save so many students this past year. The spiritual rebirth of a person is a profound transformation, as awe-inspiring as the physical birth of a child, both undeniable miracles of life. However, an even deeper joy arises as we watch that child mature into adulthood, capable of nurturing their own children. Grandparents, perhaps more than anyone else, understand the profound depth of this experience. Beloved, this is the essence of what we are witnessing at Bellarmine week after week: spiritual rebirth intertwined with spiritual growth through life-on-life discipleship.
Incredible as this is to witness, the true fruit of what is taking place will be evidenced in 20-50 years from now when these students are spouses, parents, employees, church members/leaders, and disciple-makers walking faithfully with the Lord and using their talents, treasures, and energies for His Kingdom! The joy of faith lies in embarking on the journey of discipleship now, trusting in Jesus' sacrificial example, even though we may not witness all the fruit of our labor in this lifetime.

“Campus Outreach has affected me in so many fundamental ways. From learning about the Bible, forming leadership skills, helping me decide my plans for after graduation, and so much more. I’m so thankful for the ways CO has taught me about God and how to have a relationship with Him that I’ll cultivate for the rest of my life.”
