Fresh Growth
University of kentucky 2024 campus update
The Lord has been incredibly faithful in growing our ministry at the University of Kentucky, even amidst periods of significant transition. Over the past year, we’ve navigated changes in leadership, shifting team dynamics, and a constantly evolving (and new for many) campus environment. Despite these challenges, God has remained faithful every step of the way; providing new opportunities and building on student relationships in the most unexpected ways.
Through all of this, we've had incredible opportunities to, in one sense, keep doing what has always been the goal, share the gospel with lost college students, but really be creative and re imagine new ways for taking the gospel to college students. New opportunities have been formed in various targets across campus, through leadership studies, chapter meals, utilizing alumni, and more, all for the sake of building evangelistic relationships to share the gospel and make disciples. We have been so encouraged by all that the Lord is doing from students that have professed faith in Christ, to young christian students growing a vision for reaching their communities on campus and starting to own the idea of rebuilding a gospel community at the University of Kentucky. As we have adapted to new rhythms, the Lord has been faithful to provide opportunities for the gospel to keep going out and seeing new life in Christ.
It's clear that the Lord has a plan for CO at the University of Kentucky, and we are excited to continue striving to walk by faith and in all He has called us to. Trusting that He will continue to build his Kingdom and not our own.

“Being involved with CO over the past year has helped me realize the importance of putting my faith as the top priority in my life, focusing on glorifying God in all that i do, and prioritizing his desires for me above my own. It has pushed me in my active pursuit to know God and challenged me to go outside my comfort zone to spread His word.”
